hope those hounds have some snow shoes around the buffalo area..every year ill plink one for the wife to keep her "Grandfathers stories " alive ,the old Itialian who never came home empty handed and her grandma made the best rabbit sauce she ever had..

Ahh how times have changed, but the memories live on for now..My obsession was with grouse usually took a few miles in the woods to get a meal ...Its amazing as i sit here and reflect the details of 20 year ago hunts...yet cant remember the wifes birthday ...good luck and DONT SHOOT OVER THE DOG!!!!!!!!

Tall or short beagles?

My running walkers are getting excited too. It's nice to see their spirit change from "summer sitting in the kennel" when we have snow on the ground.

BH....your walkers run coyotes or bunnies? As soon as the late duck season ends, I'm all about Calling yotes.....nothing like somthing hunting you.....

They run coyotes and fox. Never really had any luck calling them.

Nothing like hearing them howling and charging in at 2am. The glowing red eyes make your hair stand up on end

coyote hunting is a ball,love to hunt them full moon,and snow,the beagles take them for a little run if i let them,but i have bumped them with the dogs, must of been sunning them selfs in the thick undercover

whether calling or runnin' the fox / yote game has become my favorite kind of hunting........ I just wish they weren't so educated.

a little cold today ran 3 bunnys,laughing all the way,
