Braddocks Bay or the Ponds

I saw a picture in the paper of a guy ice fishing on Braddocks last week. Has anyone been there and if so, how is the ice?

My father was out on weds. He said decent ice around 4" in most places. I would still be cautious around the docks and beyond the point this early... Fishing was on the slower side he said...

Went out this morning on Braddocks past the docks (with many others), saw a good 4"+ or so, didnt measure. Was out to the first "point", got half a dozen perch. Had 3 tipups with pike bait, but not flags (haven't really gotten into pike fishing yet anyways). Saw others get some pike, but didnt look very productive today. Was good just to get out on the ice.

Anyone see Ice conditions on cranberry?

I saw some guys out on Long Pond on my way home from work on Friday. Didn't see any fish on the ice.

Thanks for the Info guys, was out yesterday at the harbour Tuscarorra park in wilson, had to be at least 8 in In most spots, didn't catch anything but had a few good hits! Ask around and some were saying they caught a few crappies...
