Best time is probably mid-July through September. I fish out of Mexico Bay and around Nine Mile and that's when we have the best luck. Although, after last year's fiasco, who knows.

We fish out of Oak Orchard and Mid July-Sept is the best for us as well. But like Misty said, after last year, who knows when it'll be.
