Bird landing antenna

Anyone have a good idea for keeping birds from landing on my antenna and crapping on my canvase. I was thinking of tapping long needle ur two and the end so they get pricked when they try to land. If I have to ill get the red ranger bb gun out but I dont want to shot my eye out:)

Go to a farm store and buy a plastic Owl. Set that on top and you won't have problems with birds.

That's until they figure out they found one dumb one they can get even with

Try a flag or a wind sock . I keep a wind sock at the end of my dock and it seems to keep the birds off my boat.

Ya I have a dumb owl and they have gotten even. I think Ill move it maybe try the flag idea. Thanks for the ideas.

we use small strips of shiney silver plastic 10 to 15" long on the boat house at our place on the lake and it seems to work rather well.Purchas at Jo-Ann Fabric.Just attach to a short piece of fishing line to let it blow in the wind. Good luck with those birds.
