Seneca Lake: Missing Bass & Perch

I understand that the Bass & Perch fishery is in a dramatic decline in the North end of Seneca. Is this true and if so what is the cause? Chemical runoff, Zebra Mussels etc.????

I can't speak to the bass, but the perch fishing was phenomenal this winter and spring.

REALLY ??????? We had some of the best trips in a few years, you had to know were to look but they were there in GOOD numbers and yes the size was there.
