I think your son can win the "hairy chest" contest they have on the cruise ships. Awesome reports, rock on! If you go east to Albion/Carrolton area you will have to go to the Tillmans Village Inn, best prime rib I have ever eaten. Your trip blog is great!

Good Fishing,

This afternoon we went to one of my favorite places... Devils Hole Park..

The niagara river is absolutely amazing... it's running muddy this year, but it's still a beautiful jade color.

The park has an amazing hike down to the niagara river. The steps are carved into the side of the cliff. At the bottom of the stairs is a popular fishing hole and you can watch steelies jump and swim by one after another... if you have a rod bring it! But trust me from experience when I say leave the heavy tacklebox home ... you'll thank me on the long climb back up!

We also hit up one of the two casinos. Tonight we only had an hour or so... so we hit up the small one (we prefer fallsview) but at least this one had a help yourself soda fountain (well appreciated after the long hike). We didn't win enough to buy that new boat, but we had fun.

We then grabbed dinner at Tony Romas... their ribs are to die for... but a warning about eating in canada... you'll pay say $50 for your food, then $10 in taxes, then tip, then a credit card fee for using your US card. It used to be ok with US exchange rate being MUCH higher... but now they're equal.
