45 deg down 100' over 600fow. Temp started to get colder around 500fow... See a bit of bait and steelie marks, but thats it so far. Few friends fishing that 200fow range... 68 down 115 in there... They have one 2lb king n one boat and a 5lb steelie on the other boat.

Just lost a monster double....

For the second week in a row I had a rigger fish that almost spooled me... Last few wraps I cranked down the drag and the hook pulled... Second fish was SCREAMIN on the 100 rigger then that hook pulled too... BOOOOOO!

Disgusted with myself, screamer 100' rigger jumped two times a good 5ft out of the water insane fight real big fish and spit the hook right behind the boat... BOOOOOO!

Slept in today but friends that are out in 500fow said water has warmed up out there... My guess is south wind pushed the warm water out and there should be some cold water in close now. Those guys do have two nice kings.and two nice steelies still.
