Where to go??

My son is going to school in buffalo (UB) . and is looking for places to fly fish for panfish and bass. Looking for any info on the area . Thanks People have always been good at telling me where to go

Well theres quite a few parks with some small ponds around the north campus if thats where he is and for some reason i wanna say there is a pond on one of the ub campuses or theres all kinds of spots along the upper niagara river but that may be a little tough for fly fishing with the current and wind....thats all depending on his mode of transportation.....hope that helps out a bit

Pretty sure there are fish (bass, bluegills etc.) in Lake LaSalle right there on the North Campus (formerly known as the Amherst Campus when I went there)
