Anyone using Okuma Catalina Line Counter reels?

Looking to replace a set of reels and was curious as to how these reels hold up to our salmon fishery. Have considerable experience with Shimano Tekotas (very good experience).

Would appreciate a report for anyone using them on LO...

I have one that I run my 200 copper on. Finishing up it's 4th season and it has held up great. Nice solid reel.

I have used Okuma Catalina LC reels in the 30 size to land thousands of Salmon and Trout. Yes I am Okuma Pro Staff, but if they weren't reliable I would not use them.

The drags are the best in the industry, and I have not had a counter fail yet. The clickers will wear out, but even that is being looked at for improvement by Okuma.

I have been running the old style Catalinas. Good reels. For the cost of the new ones, I would probably stay with the Tekotas
