Worked by myself this weekend. putting up 16ft Facia 2x8s and 18fters on the gable rakes. Used deadman jigs and helper blocks.

Finally started roofing. I chose to put this microfoil anti condensation material down that takes longer to put down than the steel and makes the job more dangerous. Sure hope it works.

18ft sheets are alittle tough alone. The wind needs to be in your favor.

I wasn't using shiething under the metal. I used it as a working platform next to the roofing area. The sheithing had 2 x 4 cleats nailed to the underside in the appropriate spot to keep it from sliding down over the purlins. It also had cleats on top to catch tools. It had strap handles so you could slide it across the roof easily.
