Back on Lake Ontario United. Been away for a while.

You guys talking about Wally Allen got me remembering. I started fishing for lakers as a skinny 18 year old kid from Elmira just out of high school at Getchell's boat livery. Five leader Seth Green rig in box with Suttons and or bait gangs, rowing a 12' Ben Reno. Nuff said.

Still trying to catch a laker now and then.

Got to love the Seth Green rig and Suttons. Seth Green and Sutton 22 on the bottom is my go to stuff when lakers don't feel like hitting on anything else. I don't see to many people using the Seth Green anymore on Keuka. I will give it a shot tomorrow morning.

i know guys who spend a lot of time above a seth green rig on keuka but they get littler fish for some reason ,but if your eating em their the best eaters as you know ,,, i still got some old wallys ,woodchucks laying around if ya need a couple ,i never new him in the early years as im 50 but spent some time with him behind a springer wacking grouse ,he took me to some of his honey holes in the early 80"s talk about a hot shot if he saw the bird it was his..Life is good..........
