It's crazy, we put the dipsey out 230, nothing, pulled it into 220, 5 mins bam! Other guys thought it was coincidence put it out at 230 again and nothing, pulled it up to 220 and slammed in our hands. Not sure why 10 ft makes a difference, but it's working!

Dropped it, sorta... Ever wonder where the phrase "rip the lips off" came from?

My friend Sammy knows now... If you tighten a dipsey too much before the fish stops running... all you get is lips!

You gonna be out tomorrow, I plan on trying to get out. I will be out in a Searay 215 weekender, hopefully fishing will be good tomorrow. Any certain channel you monitor on VHF radio, haven't fished for salmon in a few years.
