SENECA shore fishing

Headed to Seneca for the holiday, headed out of Lodi Pt. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with the bass and pike this year compared to the past few years? I would like to get the kids onto some fish.

Any pointers on where or what has been working is greatly appreciated.

saw bellies and/or bass minnows usually work for pike and its possible to catch trout too. rig them up on the bottom on a egg sinker so they can free swim or if the wind is blowing into the lake you can also use a slip bobber
