Turtle rock

Could someone give me a good land mark and an approximate distance from shore to find Turtle Rock, or not find it as the case would be. We have a sail boat and draw about 6.5 ft. I don't go that close to shore, but have taken a liking to anchoring on the east side of the pier. I would love to not worry about being too close to it.

I generally stay in about 15 feet of water.

Turtle Rock is west between russell station and round pond. I believe it is in about 8 feet of water. Sometimes you can just see the top of it breaking the water.

That's another rock. Turtle rock is east of the channel.
