Another bangin' eve off the spit

Wire dipsies down to around 100 w glow green flasher flies. Within an hour had two little bastards and one aoprox 30lbs. My new digital scale needed a battery despite what the tackle shop guy claimed so weighed in the net with an old analog scale.

How do you guys decide to take a fish to the scales or not? Within a pound? Less/more? Just wondering how much of a deifference there can be. Also if the scales sre closed for the day what do you do (lo salmon derby) Thanks!

Hey bud. Keep an eye on the fishy weight at number 10. If its over than bring it in.

Scales close at 10. If there closed than put on ice. Do not put in freezer
