camping on chautauqua?

I have a rv and boat and need to find place to stay and leave the boat at dock any suggestions or a motel with docks .i know it's late in year but thought I would try thanks for any info

couple i have stayed at-

bemus point lodge- motel rooms and nice boat docks w/electric. owner said he leaves docks in through last weekend in october

camp chautauqua- RV/tent sites and boat docks. not sure how long docks stay in

both have websites-just google them

Park right in the Prendergast Boat Launch parking lot and launch and retrieve your boat each day,they will not bother you this time of the year.Also you could park your RV at Snow Ridge Motel and put your boat at a dock at Mayville Marina.

thanks guys. Who would patrol launch area at night? Have not heard from bemus point lodge yet, that might be the spot and leave rv home. or see if we can park at lodge?

If you are waiting for the guy at bemus lodge to call you back, don't hold your breath. you have to keep calling him until you can get him on the phone

Made reservation for 24 -27th Bemus point lodge. Anybody down there then? We have had good luck just north by state park. Will be in a sea nymph gls using downriggers. Thanks for the leads on places to stay.Will post results
