I was at Bayside Bait and Tackle  down on the south end of Irondequoit Bay right on empire blvd and there is 2 Proos manual 3 foot downriggers there on consignment for $199.They both come with the pedestal swivel mounts,which I know were about $60/each back in the day,2 fish shaped 10 lb downrigger weights and 2 gunnel mounts(plates w/angled steel rods) I inquired about them and the owner just lowered price to get rid of them,$199 is a steal,thought Id let you know.
