Im launching from the Genny on saturday and would appreciate any advice with respect to where in that area is a good spot. Straight out? To the left? To the right? Off a particular landmark? Any help is appreciated.

Start out north to 250 fow. Head either NW or NE. Work from 250 out until tou find the fish. I generally fish from Braddock Bay. Most of the boats come from the river toward Braddocks. I have also heard that there is a good concentration of majors between braddocks east the lighthouse. Good luck. Probably see you out there.

I would recommend this:

 

Read the reports over the past few days up until your trip to get a feel for the water and certainly look for where the boats are to get a feel on depth. Fish your Fishfinder and focus on the marks, not necessarily temp.

 

However, most importantly I hope you will return the favor and share a report on your own success to help others catch fish as well.
