Small update for the 2014 Wilson Harbor Invitational

As mentioned before there are many changes coming to WHI this season and we wanted to let you in on a few. Beginning late next week our website will officially be under construction. We are attempting to make things more user friendly and allow for better communication. Everyone will have better access to our social media and will be encouraged to participate in discussions there. We will also begin taking payments for deposits, balances, dinner tickets, and merchandise. We are hoping to cut down on the amount of mail we deal with as well as last minute changes for dinner etc. Not to say we cant make last minute changes but the idea is to have most of the heavy lifting done before the event. Additionally we will be attempting to learn a lot more about our teams. There will be a log in on our website where you can tell us all about team members, accomplishments and even upload a photo of your vessel or captain. If your interested you can sign in for our SMS service as well (beginning in Jan 2014) this will provide tournament updates to anyone that can receive texts on their mobile device. (times, dates, etc) Finally we will be attempting to go LIVE. With technology what it is today we will be placing several cameras on vessels in the tournament fleet. We will attempt (obviously there are limitations) to broadcast from the boat to our website where anyone can watch the action live! Many more announcements coming soon!
