For Sale : USA big jon downriggers

I have a pair of big Jon man. down riggers. They work great but I not going to run them on my boat. They are in good condition short and long booms. Both have good wire on them .They do need new clutches . I called big jon they said it would be $10 for new ones.

 

$200 obo for the pair Id like to sell them as a pair.

When purchased from the manufacturer, these Big Jon items come with the swivel base. Are these included?
