Has anyone used brads super baits on lake ontario for salmon.

a nice guy sold me some on this site to try this year

cant wait to try it

i'm sure the scent trace will help improve bites on slow days

some days you see marks and they dont bite you know what i mean

maybe wont notice it on good days but i'm sure it will have an effect

I tryed them a few years ago and they were great but the last couple years have been pretty slow. maybe things will change this year.

Caught a couple nice fish on them last year. I packed them with tuna in oil, this year I might add some herring oil scent as well.

They work good on long lines ( coppers ) deep riggers etc. match them with large 11" paddles with longer leads at least 40" plus. A little easier than using regular cut bait setups. I change the leader out with 50lb Floro after a couple break offs using them straight out of the package. Best colors for me have been white green dots behind frog paddle and green silver glow behind double crush green paddle
