I have exactly two weeks from today to sell and turn this business over to a new operator, otherwise I'll forfeit my other opportunity for the summer and will have to spend my time fishing. Over $25k in business on the books already this year, the majority of which will be realized post sale....or when you run the trips that are currently booked with deposit you will get the $15k in income.
