Ran a quick 4 hour trip this morning out of Oswego. Got a later start then I wanted not setting lines until 7am. Pushed my way towards the plant trying the inside waters. Didn't move a rod for almost an hour them I hit 20 FOW and rods started popping. Stayed in 20-50 FOW and ended going 16 for 20. Browns, Steelheads, coho, and an Atlantic. Couldn't get a king for the sweep. No real color combination was better than the other. Took fish off the boards on fire tiger, clown, blue white, black silver rapalas and 4-8 down on the riggers pulling 42nd, SSW, die hard, and goby spoons.

Yes all fish came on surface. Flatlined off boards and shallow riggers. I tried deeper with no luck. Biggest fish of day was 9.4 lb brown that ripped a spoon out of my hand as I was about to hook it to rigger and we were in 26 FOW
