I do a lot of my own taping already just looking. For a few other ideas.

Use a paper punch to cut out "dots" from the tape and play with them. I've even added rinestones to some of mine....trying to attract the single female fish

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh.........It's a seeeeeeeecret.

I tape up spoons, but generally run flashers as they come out of the package.

Take a look on Michigan Stingers website.  They have a ton of different patterns.

I have a couple I doctored up but honestly they don't produce any more than stock. With all the patterns and color choices out there it's tough to make something different
