Big jon rigger prob

Recommended Posts

Fuse is in the side cover. Try bypassing the switch and the fuse. If the motor runs you know it's an issue with the switch or fuse. If not your motor is crap.

Take the side cover off and jump the bigger black and red wires directly to 12v

Open motor housing and clean all wires and connections. I had to due this to a couple of my big jon brutes. Water gets into motor housing and causes lots of corrosion. Hope this helps

Ok... thanks again for the help everyone... took the cover off the rigger and everything was soldered(sp?) up, but found one wire loose, quick solder job and the rigger works now. :)

the wire wasnt fully detached, just loose but that was enough to put it out...
