Hi Les - Drove by the Penn Yan end of Keuka yesterday. About 2 dozens guys (girls?) on the ice. Heard report of 4-6 inches of ice. Stopped at the state park launch at Branchport end. Almost no ice anywhere in site. Ramp is wide open and ready to go for launching.
