Irondequoit Bay access and parking?

Trying to figure out the best spot to park so a family member and I can try some perch fishing on I-Bay.  I've been told its near the 104 bridge area around Webster?  I'm more familiar with Conesus, Honeoye, and Sodus.  Would like to get out there in the middle of the week to beat the crowd.

Two good spots with parking. The boat launch by seabreeze and bay front south by sutters marina. Off orchard pk off empire

Yea. What he said. There is also an access road down to the bay off empire Blvd right near the plank rd. intersection which is much more convenient if you fishing the east (Webster) side.
