Wave reports

I like the free wind alert app for smart phones. Has seemed pretty accurate when I'm on the lake in real time.

Wunderground is very accurate. I'll always look at night before and night after waves and wind directions also to be as accurate as possible. This time of year I fish a14 foot aluminum. So today was 1-3 which is sketchy. But last night was 1 foot or less so I felt comfortable I would have time to get out if 3 footers showed up. Today was perfect we fished in 1-2 footers and by noon like they said 3 footers were their and we packed up with our fish and left

These temperature charts will help you choose to where to wet your lines for the next month or so.
