I bought it in a tackle ship out west years ago. I havent seen them for sale recently, but we have a guy at Arneys that makes a few every once in a while.

Guy I fish with made two hand gaffs out of a piece of rebar and ground them and painted them. Work great and cheap.

When I Google searched hand gaffs I didn't find this thing called a fish pic. I'm not a lawyer or a gamey but I don't think the fish pic would be considered a gaff. Imo.
