I duck hunted all weekend had a ton of birds in a area. Got a 5 man limit with a banded hen mallard on saturday and a 2 man limit today with a beautiful drake widgeon thats on his way to the taxidermist. Back to the deer stand on saturday

Well the deer sure weren't moving so I'm glad to hear of someone killing something. Friggen moon was bright on the way out tonight. Not good for daytime movement.

A smaller buck grunting and chasing and an 8 pt I passed not quite big enough

Heading straight for me and the at 50 yds he turns and heads in to the thickets uughh

I had 3 more buck pass thru after the 9pt

A huge 7 pt out passed his ears with long heavy tines

He passes in front of me at 60 yds

I'd of whacked him in a NY minute he was that big
