My Peanut Butter & Jelly Sauce (Spicy)

Yes PB&J!!!! Sounds gross but it is sort of modeled after Thai food. It is good on game and fish as well but especially wings! 

 

16 oz Peanut Butter

16 oz Grape Jelly

4 tbs minced red onion (red onions do make a difference than white or yellow)

1/2 cup soy sauce

3/4 cup sriracha

 

Combine above ingredients until comes to a soft boil and has mixed together well. remove from heat and cover with lid.

How to prepare dish:

 

Dice onions, halved mushrooms & diced celery to taste. Saute them but leave a little crunchy. (set aside).

 

Cut any meat from deer to pork or even steak into bite size pieces. Dredge in flour and fry until crispy. Then Drain. 

 

return meat to pan and add sauce to taste and the veggies and cook on high until everything is all coated. takes only 60 seconds

 

put rice on bottom of plate followed by steamed broccoli then sppon the above meat and mixture on top.
