Bay rat customer service

A few weeks ago I ordered and received my lures. And one of them had a slight bend in the back end I took a picture and emailed to to the sales department. I knew It is a busy time so I didn't bother to follow up yet and today when I got home there was a package waiting for me.

It had a new lure in it for me with a bonus lure. Which was not required but a very nice suprise...

The most amazing thing was they took the time to write a hand written note. Wow what a suprise. Great to see actual people building things locally and taking such pride.

Love to hear this so many companies don't care about their customers. My next lure order is definitely going to be from them. Have been hearing a lot of good things on this site

I bought some from the Niagra show and the people were supper nice and helpful...I order a few more since...just need some better weather to get out and try them out

I Vist there shop in Erie pa and the Bay rats are my go to stick bait on Erie for walleyes. I've been using them for a few years now. I've had great success with their lures and they are very durable.

I have switched from Storm to Bay Rats. Once Rapala bought them out the quality went down the drain, the bay rats have a very nice wobble that the walleyes just can't resist.
