We went to Western waters hoping for warmer temps and better odds on kings. About 20+ boats circling and nothing but lake trout. They are fun for the first 5 and after that the bug wears out. Don't get me wrong I love catching anything but a plastic bag pulls good too.However it makes good gopro video when poles are popping constant doubles and triples. All spoon bites not a single hit on plugs. Still waiting for the first screamer.

We crushed them on purple mags also, but ever spoon we put out took fish, purple just fired the most

I have an assortment of Sutton spoons and stingers. I'm hoping they will do good. I will also be using cowbells with spin and glows. Wish me luck!

Guy, they are referring to the Niagara river area and west into Canadian waters.
