Got out for a few hours on Sunday. Marked some bait, but no releases. Today is a small-craft advisory, blowing pretty hard from the West. Been pretty quiet though.

I fish in Oswego and Lakers have been good with other fish mixed in. I'm sure Mexico is the same. You gotta put your time in, more than a couple hours mid day...there are fish to catch.

X2 for what Andy said, have to go offshore a little to find silver. There are not big numbers, but they are there. Find the bait and keep going through it!! We found 2 kings and dropped a nice steelie in 600' Saturday afternoon trip, along with a mid teen laker on a weighted spoon rod down the chute. Hopefully this wind will bring more into the basin, time will tell!!
