I need controlling for Brown trout in the summer in front of sodus, color speed what to look for such as temp... any help will be appreciated

Black and silver spoons trolled where the thermalcline meets the bottom will put browns in the boat.  I target 54-62 degree water at the thermalcline / bottom intersection.  Keep your speeds on the slower side (2.0 - 2.4)

Where the thermalcline meets the bottom what does that mean where it's that temp all the way down

Yes just what Gamble said. Focus on the 40-80 fow range with the best water usually towards Fairhaven as well.

Well don't rule out the goby colors and some oranges as well. Mix it up a bit until you get the bite and then base your program on that. They do seem to change there mood as the sun gets higher up so having a good selection of colors would be good.
