Little Salmon River Challenge

Just a reminder the Little Salmon River Challenge is slated for Saturday July 30, 2016. Entry forms are available at Mike's Marina in person or on line at mikesmarina.com. An excellent BBQ will follow the day's fishing. Time to signup now. Captain's meeting the Friday night before the tournament will be at 6 PM. Call Beth at (315) 963-3119 for additional information.

OK guys. This is the biggest nicest friendliest east end tournament. Even if you don't catch a thing you will still be part of the best party of the Little Salmon River fishing community. The food is fantastic and so is the company. Sign up now and make sure to be there.

So the tournament is over. The fishing stunk. But the gathering at the end of the day was fantastic and made it all worthwhile.

A big thank you to all the organisers for making this event one to look forward to.

Fish or no fish, I plan on participating again next year!
