Tropical storm up coast = Nor'easter on Lake Ontario ?

So for those of you fishing the East end of the lake, what does a NE wind do to the fishing in the Mexico Bay area this time of year?

The wind will come down pushing the warm water into the south shore, but that does not really matter because with a north eastern wind the fishing will shut down.

If it's a big East wind (normally with rain), followed by a big West wind, a lot of salmon will move into the river.

East wind pulls the cold water close to shore and the West wind pushes it out "trapping" the fish in warm water. They either move out or run the river and they normally run the river.
