Here are a few of the nice fish caught and released this year. I had a great year fishing Lake Ontario, with this being my third season fishing for Salmon and Trout. My boat had numerous fish over 20 pounds, and they all swim away happy for someone else to catch another day. I'm looking forward to seeing some of everyone's best fish of 2016.  I'm also looking forward to April and the beginning the new season!

Scott

We caught a lot of great fish this year - but watching my little buddy catch fish always results in the most memorable - as such these are a few of my favorite catches from this season...

The 5th one is probably my favorite. My mom's been going to Skaneateles since she was a child. I got her a fishing license for Mother's day. She got her first Rainbow out of that lake at 81 years old.

We had friends over for the Super Bowl, and had a feast of Yellow Perch..... now he wants to try his hand at perch fishing.

I took him with me this fall..... the smile on his face was all the thanks I needed. ...We have a bag in the freezer for this year's Super Bowl party..

Congrats to Grammy, at 80 years old both of you are blessed to have each other!! I no longer have my parents let alone grandparents, all passed before their time due to cancer So when I see or hear of such things it really hits home, and it makes me think, I wonder if they how lucky they are, I'm sure most do??

I posted this one before but it ended up being my best brown this year (16.18 lbs.) as it brought in $1,000 and a free mount (Canandaigua Lake Derby)
