Traxstech Ratcheting Rod Holders

I am looking for some Traxstech ratcheting rod holders as diver holders. Would also consider Bert's or Big Jon's ratcheting holders, as well. My dad and I had back surgery this fall and are trying to make the boat easier to use without re-injuring ourselves.
