Looking for good baitcasting curado revo??

Recommended Posts

Can't go wrong with the curado! Most of ours are Lew's, but we have curados as well. If you know an avid bass guy you should try before you buy.

Kinda highjacking this... Do they make a low speed Lew's for cranking?

The Lew's bb1s and the super duty wide both come in a 5.1 to 1 21 inches per turn. I think we have most every upper end Lew's casting reel and have had no problems. The new magnesium is sweet but I really only use the bb2 wides as I need the line capacity. My son uses the rest for the most part. Stay away from the Lew's lower end stuff and spinning reels as they are junk.

After much trial and error with reels I think I finally found one that'll stick. I have 2 curado, 2 revos + a revo rocket (9.0:1), and lews team lite. I love my curados for durability with the exception of the thumb button which always seems to break. Lews reels are solid but I have to give my hand to abu right now. They have great stuff. Their whole revo line is spectacular. Depending on how much you want to spend they have a wide range of top quality reels
