Fishing rod.

I came across this new HT Charter choice rod (CCDR-862) Downrigger, two piece, length 8'6". First, is this a good rod. If it is I'll keep it. Second, What is it worth. 

I bought a large bundle. As you see in picture there's two stories of this stuff plus another ware house.  All new, hard to believe what you can find in Oklahoma

Bought one last year for $20 shipped , it snapped in half, just above handle in less than Month. Guess , get what you pay for
