Cayuga flood stage...no motor boat rumor

I don't know if it's true or not, and I heard it word of mouth, that because cayuga lake is at flood stage there are no motor boats or wakes allowed. I was planning on trolling this Sunday. I can't find any news articles stating this ban. For all I know it is just a bunch of bull. Anyway, does anyone know if this is true or not?

Shouldn't matter, keep speed low, it is a short distance to get where the fish are. No problem out there today...
