Top for Targa 18

I'm looking for some input on a top for my targa. Ideally I want a Bimini top that I can add side and rear curtains as need. Run the Bimini in the summer but fall and winter add the curtains to fish in the cold.

I built a couple aluminum towers this winter. I use clear shower curtain liners for rain and/ or the cold. The shower curtain liners are cheap. When I am done with them I throw them away. Just an option.
