in open lakes discussion it said  gates still lock as of sunday . i believe all state launches are closed . they also said east side is open . i afraid they will stay closed this year . so much for my state pass

Pt. Breeze State Launch and Golden Heights were closed Sunday afternoon.  Do think King Cuomo will give us a partial refund of our $85.00?
