Plexiglass to a walk around

Has anyone added Plexiglass to a walk around, to keep weather out , rather than curtains?  Pics would be great and how does everyone fasten it to the Pipes?

I use shower curtains. They are cheap and easy. Best part is, when they get dirty, throw them away and for $2.00 you get a brand new windshield. I am on the Poor boy fishing team thou.
