Fly Leaders

I am looking to tie some leaders and want to get opinions on hook manufactures and sizes everyone else uses. Both treble and octopus styles. If you use two single hooks, what do you use?

when i tie my own i usually use 2/0 vmc spark point for trebles and number 1 gamagatzu octopus hooks.   I have always used a treble and a octopus hook never 2 single hooks. No specific reason just what ive always done

#2 spark point and a 4/0 octopus. Do a little searching and you'll find this topic covered very heavily.

As far as the leaders go I tie my own and a few years ago went to 50 lb Big Game mono after losing large fish on well known commercially tied flies with fluoro and have never looked back.

50# Blood Run or Gamma fluoro. 1/0 ADDYA treble with a 4/0 octopus. Best setup I've found and I've tried about all of them.
