how to get them kings by the rocks of port credit

Hi guys and gals who love to fish out lake ontario. im a local in miss, and often fish by the docks of port credit. it thursdays night and im trying to take my seven year old out to catch his first king but i dont have a boat so

thats a big problem for now. ive seen a couple of old timers with their bag of tricks and yank out a good size just by the rocks on port credit how do they do it. pls can anyone help. thank chris. about no boat.
