This report courtesy of the Oswego County Department of Community Development, Tourism and Planning. This report was written on May 31, 2018.

 

Lake Ontario report:

 

Brown trout fishing continues to be very good in about the same water depth, 20-40 feet, with stickbaits and spoons working well. Salmon are active in deeper water, 100-200 feet, and a few lake trout are being taken in 120-140 feet of water.
