Penn Yan launch should be good to go. Haven't launched myself to see how the channel is but been to the launch as of a week ago, docks are there and all seems open. Saw one truck and trailer parked.

As of a few days ago docks weren't in at the north end of Canandaigua just the handicapped dock available. Not sure about south end yet.

Docks are in at the south launch on canandaigua. Last I knew the vine valley launch was blocked off
