Broken pin in big Jon rod holder

Have 2 rod trees and each one has a rod holder that I can't pivot because the pin inside the knob has sheared in half. I have emailed big Jon sports and have gotten 0 response. Any ideas where I can buy replacement pins?

I broke a pin last time out also . My buddy turn a pin on a lathe for me. I also e mail big Jon and got a response. Here is the contact name and number.

You need to know how many pins you have . They make a 7 pin and a 5 pin holder . Give Kevin a call to order ..

Just an update, the thing I needed is called a 'latch assembly'. And big Jon customer service was great (called as advised).
